Shipping Policy – Frost Fit PK
At Frost Fit PK, we’re committed to delivering your sweatshirts and hoodies as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for all the details.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details (if available).
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–5 business days.

Free Shipping: Orders above PKR 4,000 qualify for free delivery.

A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 applies to all orders below the free shipping threshold.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to location, weather conditions, or courier delays.
3. Local Pickup (If Available)
If you're based near one of our distribution points (e.g., Lahore or Karachi), you may be eligible for Free Local Pickup. You’ll be notified by our team once your order is ready for collection.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this to track your package through the courier’s website. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours.
5. Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Frost Fit PK is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to a delivery issue, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional charges may apply.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Pakistan.
